New scupper support steel is being paid under Item 0040-4C06SSL (Structural Steel)(DTL-8 DWG. pp 144, Note 14). Anka Painting will lead-abate the location where new C15x25 diaphragms are being installed. Anka Painting, after power-tool cleaning, will apply a Slip-Coefficient Class B zinc primer to the faying surface for the bolted connections.

Anka will translate the lead abatement and painting work cost into $/lb so that it can easily be plugged into the bid. The cost will revert back to $/ea for pay purposes after the work has been awarded.
