Our goal is to complete all jobs and projects with "Zero Injury" to Anka Painting Co., Inc. employees, to client personnel and the public at large. We believe an injury to an employee, a sub-contractor or a member of the public is unacceptable.

 

• A Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) develop site-specific health and safety plans for each project undertaken

• AP management and employees are dedicated to safety in all work activities

• AP is committed to protecting client assets and the public from harm or injury

• AP provides employees the highest quality and innovating safety resources and equipment

• All AP employees must participate in an all-day safety orientation, continuing education and training program before starting work—annually

• AP has a “zero tolerance” policy regarding fall protection and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• AP, its officers and managers enforce the Corporate Discipline Policy

 

QUALITY

Anka Painting Co., Inc. is committed to continuous improvement, and to providing quality services to our customers, with the goal of having our quality of work considered exceptional. We strive to not only meet, but exceed, our customer needs. To this end, we continually pursue and implement activities designed to increase the quality of our product and services.

 

AP has developed one of the most comprehensive cloud-based Quality Control and job documentation systems in the industry. The system is customized for each project, and is designed to provide thorough and complete reporting.

 

When a form is filled-out in the field by the Quality Control Technician the Quality Control Supervisor is immediately notified electronically. The QCS can then open the document via an iPad, iPhone, Blackberry, or desktop/laptop computer from any location to review the work and ensure it is in compliance with the Owner’s specifications. Furthermore, non-conforming work can be immediately identified and remediated.
